Scope of Work
Apex Site Solutions provides construction and site development services including but not limited to excavation, grading, land clearing, utility installation, and related work. The scope of services will be detailed in a formal proposal or contract signed by both parties.
Estimates & Pricing
All estimates are based on the site conditions and project requirements provided at the time of quoting. Pricing may vary based on unforeseen site conditions, changes in scope, or material costs. Any changes will be communicated in writing for client approval.
Payments & Invoicing

A deposit may be required before work commences.

Payment terms will be outlined in the contract (typically net 15 or 30 days).

Late payments may incur a service fee of [determined by contractor] per month.

Apex Site Solutions reserves the right to pause work or terminate the agreement for non-payment.
Permits & Approval
It is the client’s responsibility to obtain all necessary permits, licenses, or governmental approvals unless otherwise stated in the contract. Apex Site Solutions can assist in this process upon request.
Scheduling & Delays
We strive to complete all projects within the estimated timeline. However, delays due to weather, material shortages, or unforeseen site issues may occur. We will communicate any changes to the schedule promptly.
Liability
Apex Site Solutions is not responsible for damages caused by pre-existing conditions, acts of God, or client-supplied materials. Liability is limited to the total contract amount.
Site Access
The client must ensure the site is accessible and free from hazards. Additional charges may apply for delays caused by restricted access.
Termination
Either party may terminate the contract with written notice. The client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with the effective date.
